Miss Misery paid me a visit much tooooo looong but finally she went away. It felt like I had fallen into a deep crevasse, it was all dark and confusion. Love is like a mountain, hard to climb but once you get to the top the view is beautiful. Swimming yesterday and running today. I have to be fit for my upcoming expeditions, right now my condition is totally wretched. Elbrus and Damavand is waiting for me...
